It is important that odaban® antiperspirant is always applied immediately before going to bed and to perfectly dry skin, regardless of the area of the body. Once an initial level of protection has been established – usually after three to five applications – odaban antiperspirant should only be used as needed (once or twice a week).

Never treat the entire head with odaban, but only the individual affected areas, as sweat also serves a cooling function. For sensitive skin, we recommend testing odaban® antiperspirant on a small area first before applying it more widely.

As a result, the active ingredient aluminium chloride reacts with water to form a by-product, which can cause unpleasant skin irritation. Therefore, daytime use should be avoided. It is also not advisable to apply an antiperspirant immediately after freshly shaving the armpits, as this can cause very small injuries to the skin surface and may lead to skin irritation after application.
